Mr. Fuquay is recognized for the first time for his work representing clients in real estate transactions. He is a shareholder in the firm’s commercial real estate, finance, corporate and securities practice groups and advises parties in matters related to the acquisition, financing, leasing, operation and sale of commercial real estate, as well as loans, loan modifications and workouts.

Mr. Anaya is honored for his construction litigation practice for the third year. He is an associate in the firm’s commercial litigation and construction practice groups and works with clients to resolve disputes involving design defect, professional liability and contracts across a range of industries.

Mr. Gannon’s selection to the list for the second year is a result of his reputation among peers for his banking and finance practice. An associate in the firm’s commercial real estate, finance and corporate practice groups, he works with banks and other parties in a variety of lending transactions, as well as corporate and business issues, tax, bankruptcy, estate planning, real estate and complex civil litigation.

Attorneys named to the Texas Rising Stars list are nominated by their peers and go through an extensive editorial review process. To be eligible, a lawyer must be 40 or younger or in practice for no more than 10 years. The full 2020 listing appears in Super Lawyers magazine and can be found at
