Our Team

A Shareholder in our real estate and commercial and mortgage lending sections, Neill focuses on a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, including working closely with owners, investors, buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in matters related to the acquisition, financing, leasing, operation and sale of commercial real estate, with an emphasis on multifamily, retail and office properties. He also works with clients in the formation, restructure, purchase, and sale of partnerships and limited liability companies. In addition, he represents lenders and borrowers in connection with loans, loan modifications, and workouts.

Neill graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Virginia with a double major in economics and environmental sciences. He graduated from the University of Texas School of Law with high honors, where he served on the law review and was a Chancellor (designating the top 16 graduates per class) and a member of the Order of the Coif.  Following graduation from law school, Neill served as a law clerk to the Honorable Scott A. Brister of the Supreme Court of Texas.
