Mandy Smith is an experienced professional who brings more than 20 years of legal and administrative experience as McGuire, Craddock & Strother’s Administrator. She joined the firm in 2013 and has been integral to continuing the firm’s tradition of professional excellence. Mandy oversees the day-to-day administrative functions of the firm and serves as a liaison for the firm’s office services, human resources, information systems, accounting, records management, and marketing.
Mandy began her career in the legal industry in 1996 as a receptionist for a small boutique firm. Recognizing her potential, she was quickly moved to a secretarial position and then to a paralegal position. Upon joining the McGuire, Craddock & Strother in 2013, Mandy was initially named Assistant Administrator and was quickly promoted to Administrator.
Mandy is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators.
