Susan Cipione Elected as American College of Real Estate Lawyers Fellow 

MCS shareholder and head of the Commercial Real Estate practice group Susan Cipione has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.

Susan represents a broad range of clients, including borrowers, buyers, sellers, investors, developers, landlords, and tenants, in the areas of leasing, financing, development, entity selection and formation, and acquisition and disposition of improved and unimproved commercial projects.  She also represents financial institutions as indenture trustees in connection with public finance, bonds, and securitizations.

The American College of Real Estate Lawyers is the select national association of preeminent commercial real estate lawyers focused on service to clients, colleagues and the profession. Fellows are elected for their outstanding legal ability, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law.
