In “Picking Your Poison: When and How to Seek Appointment of a Receiver for Borrower Defaults,” Mr. Whelan will lead a session focusing on strategies for using receiverships in foreclosure proceedings.

On Day 2, Mr. Thalheimer is leading a session that highlights key elements in the transition from LIBOR to SOFR and what it means for capital markets and the real estate sector.
