Real Estate, Finance Attorney Austin Whitmore Joins McGuire, Craddock & Strother
Firm bolsters complex real estate, finance capabilities with new addition
DALLAS – McGuire, Craddock & Strother is adding to its depth in real estate and finance law with the addition of attorney Austin C. Whitmore.
Mr. Whitmore’s practice is national in scope and focuses on an array of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. His experience includes representing owners, developers, borrowers and lenders in acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, management and divestiture of commercial real estate projects. His clients include Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS), private equity groups and family offices in transactions involving commercial real estate projects spanning multiple asset classes, including office, retail, industrial, hospitality, multifamily and self-storage projects.

Mr. Whitmore earned a double major in economics and business management Baylor University and graduated from The University of Texas School of Law with a Juris Doctorate, where he was a member of the Texas Environmental Law Journal. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Senior Associate in the real estate section of an Am Law 50 firm in Dallas.
