Promoting Policies and Strategies that Have a Direct Impact on Women Lawyers

Members of the MCS Board of Directors, including Mark Chevallier, Jennifer Ryback and Susan Cipione, were honored to participate in an engaging discussion with other law firm leaders at Breakfast & Breakouts: A Law Firm Leadership Summit on the Advancement of Women Lawyers.

This program, hosted by the Dallas Women Lawyers Association and the National Association of Women Lawyers, brought together firm leadership from over 40 law firms in Dallas to explore tangible policies and strategies that have a direct impact on women lawyers. MCS encourages lawyers to take on leadership roles in the legal community, and we’re proud that Ms. Ryback played an active role in the planning of this important event.
