MCS Welcomes Associates Mary Snapp and Nate Wilkins
Mary joins the firm’s commercial real estate, corporate and securities, and finance sections. As part of the firm’s commercial real estate group, she provides guidance to clients on the purchase, development, financing, and leasing of commercial real estate projects.
Nate is a part of the firm’s corporate, finance, and commercial real estate sections. As part of the firm’s finance practice group, he provides guidance to banks in a variety of lending transactions, including both real estate and commercial loans.
Mary is a 2022 graduate of Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where she served as an Associate Managing Editor of the International Law Review Association. While at SMU, she was also selected as a Rowling Scholar for the SMU Rowling Center for Business Law & Leadership, and she participated in SMU’s Corporate Counsel Externship Program as an extern with B-29 Investments, LP. She graduated from Baylor University with a double major in marketing and entrepreneurship.
Nate received his law degree summa cum laude from American University Washington College of Law, where he was a member of the American University Law Review. During law school, he served as a law clerk extern for the Chief Justice of the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Nate graduated summa cum laude from Syracuse University with a double major in political science and history with a minor in philosophy.
Their admissions to the State Bar of Texas are pending.
