MCS’ Jonathan Thalheimer Shares Legal, Real Estate Finance Insights at Two Statewide Conferences

At the 27th Annual Texas Land Title Institute (TLTI) in San Antonio, Jonathan participated in in a panel discussion entitled “Title Insurance – What’s not Covered – What is Covered – Solutions” along with Doug Becker of Chicago Title in San Antonio, and Paul Pruitt of Title Resources Guaranty Company in Austin. Presented by St. Mary’s University School of Law and the Texas Land Title Association, the TLTI is one of the largest gatherings of Texas real estate attorneys, title agents, escrow officers, brokers, paralegals and CPAs.

At the 11th Annual Advanced Real Estate Strategies Course presented by the State Bar of Texas in Austin, Jonathan was part of panel of experts discussing “Negotiation and Documentation of Commercial Real Estate Construction Loans,” along with Ronald L. Holmes of the Holmes Firm in Dallas, Katherine Tapley of Norton Rose Fulbright in San Antonio and moderator J. Cary Barton of Barton East & Caldwell in San Antonio. The Advanced Real Estate Strategies Course is cosponsored by the Real Estate Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, and provides CLE and MCLE credits for real estate attorneys and advanced title professionals.

With extensive real estate finance experience and high-profile leadership positions with regional and national organizations, including the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL) and the American College of Mortgage Attorneys (ACMA), Jonathan is a frequent speaker at professional real estate and legal organizations.
