MCS’ Jonathan Thalheimer Returns to State Bar’s Annual Advanced Real Estate Law Symposium to Present on Real Estate Finance Trends
Veteran real estate finance attorney and MCS shareholder Jonathan Thalheimer joins a distinguished group of practitioners presenting at the 44th Annual Advanced Real Estate Law this Thursday through Saturday in San Antonio.
Recognized real estate law experts from across the region are presenting on a variety of topics related to real estate law and finance trends during the three-day symposium July 14-16.
Mr. Thalheimer is leading a session on July 16 that explores the impact of the 2021 phase out of the LIBOR global benchmark and its replacement in the U.S. with the Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR).
