McGuire, Craddock & Strother Announces New Practice Group Leaders

Recently, McGuire, Craddock & Strother selected a new group of attorneys to lead the nine groups making up its Business & Transactions and Litigation & Dispute Resolution practices.

Gary Morgan has practiced law for 40 years, helping clients navigate mergers and acquisitions, governance matters, leveraged buyouts, reorganizations, shareholder disputes, employment law matters, buy-sell agreements, workouts, and contractual matters. He will lead the firm’s Corporate and Securities practice group.

Zeb Fish, who has significant experience representing lenders and borrowers in a variety of matters including loans for the construction and acquisition of multifamily, retail, office, medical, assisted living, and other projects, will lead the firm’s Finance practice group,

Susan Cipione will lead the firm’s Commercial Real Estate practice group. With her extensive history representing clients in the purchase, development, financing, and leasing of commercial real estate projects, with a concentration on retail, mixed-use, industrial, and office developments, Susan is well-poised to lead this practice group.

Grady Dickens, who has an established estate planning practice, will lead both the firm’s Taxation and Estate Planning and Probate practice groups, which assist clients in will and trust preparation, succession and estate planning techniques, as well as issues with estate administration and reporting.

Finally, Jennifer Ryback has proven herself as a problem solver and trusted business litigator, with experience handling a wide variety of disputes. She will lead the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice, which includes Commercial Litigation, Business Restructuring and Bankruptcy, Construction, and Employment Law.
