Marc Taubenfeld appointed to second term as VP of the Federal Bar Association for the Fifth Circuit
MCS shareholder Marc Taubenfeld has been appointed to a second two-year term as one of two vice presidents for the Federal Bar Association’s Fifth Circuit. The Federal Bar Association’s membership includes more than 16,000 lawyers and 1,200 federal judges, who work together to promote best practices in the federal courts and the legal profession as a whole.
A longtime member of the Federal Bar Association, Marc has previously served on the National Board of Directors, as chair of the Bankruptcy Section and its Executive Council, and as president of the Dallas Chapter. At McGuire, Craddock & Strother, Marc practices in the Commercial Litigation and the Business Restructuring & Bankruptcy groups and has an active national practice in state and federal courts.
