50 Years in Law: MCS Congratulates Founding Shareholder Tom Craddock
Fifty years ago, Tom Craddock got his bar card and went to work. So much has changed in terms of technology and the way we practice law, but the qualities that Tom applied to his career have stood the test of time. It’s great to know that problem-solving, trusted advice and collegiality will always have value.
Nearly 30 years ago, Tom left an international law firm and co-founded McGuire, Craddock & Strother, P.C., pioneering the idea that a smaller firm could provide responsive, personalized service with the experience necessary to handle clients’ sophisticated legal matters.
Over the years, his national practice has included a wide variety of business litigation, including commercial disputes, antitrust, employment-related matters, contracts, product liability, fraud, securities claims, creditor and debtor controversies, and lender-liability claims. His expertise also extends to corporate law, regulatory matters, and estate, trust and probate issues. Tom has also been routinely called upon to serve as outside counsel for companies and provide advice and analysis on a range of business and personnel matters.
Outside of his legal work, Tom has been active in the community and has enjoyed his involvement with the Salesmanship Club of Dallas and his service as an Elder of Highland Park Presbyterian Church.
With a commitment to upholding the legal profession’s highest standards, Tom sets an example for everyone at the firm. We’re proud to celebrate this important milestone with him.
