MCS Shareholder Jennifer Larson Ryback Named Among D Magazine’s Best Lawyers in Dallas

McGuire, Craddock & Strother is proud to announce that shareholder Jennifer Larson Ryback has been selected to D Magazine’s 2021 list of Best Lawyers in Dallas.

The annual list, which appears in the publication’s May edition, features some of the most respected lawyers in North Texas as voted upon by peers in the legal community and reviewed by the magazine’s editors.

Ms. Ryback is honored for her work in business and commercial litigation. In addition, she is among a select group of North Texas lawyers featured twice in one year by the publication. Earlier in 2021, she was included among D’s “Best Lawyers Under 40,” an honor she has received every year since 2019.

A partner in McGuire, Craddock & Strother’s Commercial Litigation, Construction and Employment Law practice groups, Ms. Ryback works with clients to solve problems of all types and sizes. She counsels corporate clients on a range of employment law matters, including defending wage and discrimination claims and prosecuting trade secret claims. Her practice includes representation of general contractor clients in all facets of their work—from contract negotiation to litigation. She also represents clients in contract disputes and real estate litigation.

Ms. Ryback is active in the legal and business community and currently serves as VP Programming on the Dallas Women Lawyers Association Board of Directors. When the COVID-19 pandemic caused broad business and economic upheaval, Ms. Ryback worked with MCS lawyers to publish a series of articles providing guidance on evolving business and legal issues caused by the shutdown, including six articles that she authored or co-authored.

The Best Lawyers in Dallas list is compiled from attorney nominations from Dallas and Fort Worth, a thorough screening process by D Magazine’s editorial team, and final review by a hand-picked, anonymous panel of the city’s most respected attorneys and the editors. The full listing appears in the magazine’s May edition and online at
