MCS Attorneys Jennifer Ryback, Chris Anaya Honored Among D Magazine’s Best Lawyers Under 40

McGuire, Craddock & Strother is proud to announce that Jennifer Ryback and Chris Anaya have earned selection to D Magazine’s annual Best Lawyers Under 40 list.

The annual Best Lawyers Under 40 list is compiled based on peer nominations, followed by close review by an independent panel of distinguished attorneys working in conjunction with D Magazine’s editors. The 2023 edition will be published in the January 2023 issue of the publication. 

Jennifer is a shareholder at MCS and leads the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group, which includes Commercial Litigation, Business Restructuring and Bankruptcy, Construction, and Employment Law. She has broad experience handling construction disputes, defending employers against wrongful termination and wage claims, pursuing and defending breach of contract cases, and handling a variety of disputes related to commercial real estate transactions. Jennifer also negotiates construction contracts, including various AIA forms, and advises construction clients on issues that arise from project start to finish.

Chris is a senior associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Construction practice groups. His extensive construction litigation experience includes representing owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in cases involving lien and payment bond issues, construction defects, professional liability for design professionals, as well as many other contract disputes. Chris also represents owners, developers, contractors, and subcontractors in contract negotiations for various types of commercial construction projects.
