McGuire, Craddock & Strother Promotes Chris Anaya to Shareholder
McGuire, Craddock & Strother is pleased to announce that Chris Anaya has been elevated to the position of shareholder.
.
As a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Construction practice areas, Chris assists clients in solving complex business disputes. He represents owners, developers, contractors, and many others in the construction space with issues ranging from contract negotiations and disputes to construction defects and professional liability.
“Chris is one of those attorneys you wish everyone could be like,” said Jennifer Ryback, fellow Shareholder and head of McGuire, Craddock & Strother’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice groups. “He works hard to support his clients and works just as hard to support the team here. He’s someone who goes the extra mile, and we’re a stronger firm because of it.”
Mr. Anaya received a B.A. in government from New Mexico State University before attending Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. Thomson Reuters has listed him on its annual list of Texas Rising Stars each year since 2018, and he was recently named one of D Magazine’s Best Lawyers Under 40.
“I couldn’t ask for a better group of attorneys to work with,” said Mr. Anaya. “I’m thankful for the trust they’ve placed in me and for the opportunity to play a greater role in helping the firm grow. I’m very excited for this next chapter.”
