Jonathan Thalheimer Presents at 39th Annual Advanced Real Estate Law Course

MCS’s Jonathan Thalheimer was a featured presenter and faculty member at the State Bar of Texas’ 39th annual Advanced Real Estate Law course.

An active member of the State Bar of Texas and the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section, Mr. Thalheimer led a session along with Paul D. Pruitt of the Fidelity National Title Group on “Current Title Insurance Coverages and Rates in Commercial Mortgage Loan Transactions.” The session was part of a three-day Advanced Real Estate Law symposium sponsored by the State Bar of Texas and co-sponsored by the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort in San Antonio in July.
