Jennifer Ryback Earns Repeat Recognition from D Magazine List of Best Lawyers Under 40

MCS is proud to announce that firm Shareholder Jennifer Larson Ryback has earned repeat recognition in D Magazine’s annual list of Best Lawyers Under 40.

Selection to the prestigious list is based on nominations from peer lawyers and vetting by the D Magazine research department. For 2022, Jennifer is honored for her work in Business/Commercial Litigation.

Jennifer’s practice focuses on Commercial Litigation, Construction and Employment Law on behalf of a range of clients. She provides trusted counsel to corporate clients on employment law matters, including defending wage and discrimination claims and prosecuting trade secret claims. In addition, she represents general contractor clients in all facets of their work—from contract negotiation to construction-related litigation. Her practice also includes contract disputes and real estate litigation.

Jennifer’s expertise includes non-litigation employment law issues, including developing and updating employee handbooks and providing training on a number of topics, as well as negotiating executive compensation and severance agreements. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Jennifer led the firm’s efforts to provide comprehensive guidance to clients navigating state, federal and regional legal and regulatory issues related to pandemic.

Jennifer is active in the legal and business community including the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Women Lawyers Association and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. She is a past president of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and currently serves as VP Programming on the Dallas Women Lawyers Association Board of Directors.
