Jack is an Associate in McGuire, Craddock & Strother’s corporate, finance, and commercial real estate sections.  He has significant experience representing banks in a variety of lending transactions, including both real estate and commercial loans.  Further, Jack has assisted companies and individuals with a variety of corporate and business issues, including organization, employment, and contractual matters.  Beyond lending and corporate work, Jack has provided valuable legal assistance in the areas of tax, bankruptcy, estate planning, real estate, and complex civil litigation and dispute resolution.

Jack graduated with high honors from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and a minor in accounting. He earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where he served as managing officer on the Review of Banking and Financial Law.
