ED MCQUEEN

Biography

Mr. McQueen’s practice is concentrated in complex commercial lending, structured finance, corporate workouts, complex commercial transactions, lending transactions, debt structuring, workouts, asset-based finance, leveraged buyouts and syndicated loan transactions. In addition to his finance experience, Mr. McQueen has been involved in general corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, franchising, and joint ventures, lender and borrower representation in all types of financial transactions and real estate investments trusts.
 
Mr. McQueen also served in the United States Navy aboard the fast-attack submarine USS Pittsburgh (SSN-720) and participated in Operation Desert Storm.
