Biography

Bill has extensive experience representing national, regional and community financial institutions in a broad range of financing transactions including structured finance, asset based finance (including accounts receivable, inventory and equipment financing) energy finance, real estate finance (including construction and acquisition financing), and mezzanine and subordinated debt finance. Bill also has extensive experience in workout and distressed credit restructurings.
