HARRIET TABB

Biography
Harriet practices in the Real Estate Section of the firm. Harriet’s work focuses on the purchase, development, financing, and leasing of commercial real estate projects, with concentration in the area of retail and mixed-use developments. She has represented commercial landlords of both established and new shopping centers and both new and re-developed mixed-use developments. Some of her projects have included the sale of a long-term shopping center client that was featured in the Wall Street Journal as the "Deal of the Week," representing a client in the significant redevelopment of a shopping center into a large mixed-use development, representing the developer of one of the first and most successful mixed-use developments in Dallas, representing a large City in its successful effort to bring retail to its downtown area, and representing a national retailer in its east coast expansion. She has repeatedly been selected as a "Super Lawyer" by Texas Monthly.
