PHILIP I. DANZE

Biography

Philip practices in the Real Estate Section of the firm. Philip concentrates on the purchase, sale, development, financing and leasing of commercial real estate projects. His work includes the structuring and negotiation of complex real estate ventures. He has represented owners and developers of high-rise office buildings and hotels, large-scale condominium and apartment projects, regional shopping malls and industrial parks in development, leasing and sale activities. He has also represented institutional lenders in numerous mortgage and mezzanine loan transactions and debt restructurings. Philip has worked extensively on hotel development in Mexico and on mixed-use developments relating to professional sports venues.
