TERRY L. WINBORN
Biography
Terry has served on the boards of trust companies, banks, insurance companies and other businesses. He was awarded a Certificate of Merit for his work as a member of the State Bar of Texas Minimum Continuing Legal Education Task Force. He has served on the Overall Economic Planning Committee for the City of Dallas, was a member of the Greater Dallas Planning Council which promotes development of the City of Dallas, and was awarded the Silver Beaver Award by the Boy Scouts of America for his work with area youth.
Representative Experience
- Represents banks in regulatory compliance, operational issues, letters of credit and UCC issues.
- Represents both lenders and borrowers in the purchase and sale of real estate, lending transactions, commercial and oil and gas loans.
- Represents corporate clients in business transactions involving acquisitions, sales, mergers, restructuring and planning.
