STUART L. MALONE
Biography
Stuart began his legal career with McGuire, Craddock & Strother, P.C. in September 2005 as a general litigation and bankruptcy associate. Stuart's practice currently centers around a broad business and transactional base including corporate, securities, banking, real estate finance and development and bankruptcy matters.
Representative Experience
Stuart represents lenders and borrowers in a broad range of commercial financial transactions with a particular emphasis on real estate lending (including acquisition, development and construction loans and conduit lending). Stuart also provides representation regarding a wide range of legal issues arising in connection with mergers, acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, regulatory compliance, bankruptcy and general contractual and business matters.
