JEFFREY R. SECKEL

Biography
Jeff is a commercial litigator with extensive experience in complex commercial matters, including corporate governance and employee-related litigation. Jeff has successfully prosecuted and defended actions against officers and directors of both public and private corporations. In addition, he has represented employers in a variety of employment-related litigation. Jeff also has extensive experience in connection with complex contractual disputes, having both prosecuted and defended actions in federal and state courts, as well as before various arbitration panels. In 2007 and 2008, Texas Monthly and Law & Politics Magazine has named him a "Texas Super Lawyer" for his work in commercial litigation.
