CHARLES J. "CHUCK" MCGUIRE

Biography
Chuck is a founding partner of McGuire, Craddock & Strother, P.C. He has represented numerous domestic and foreign banks and lending organizations covering the complete range of activities, including lending transactions, corporate trust transactions, workouts, operational problems and regulatory issues. He is a frequent speaker at banking law institutes and was the only Texas attorney to be recognized in 1990 by The American Banker as one of its Top Forty-Five Banking Lawyers in the country. Chuck is also active as a practitioner in the construction industry where his representation includes general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and also surety companies that issue both surety bonds and financial institution coverages.
