JOHN D. DOWNEY
Biography
John has extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers in a broad range of commercial financial transactions with particular emphasis on real estate lending (including acquisition, development and construction loans) and asset-based lending (including accounts receivable, inventory and equipment loans). John also represents financial institutions in corporate trust and workout transactions. He also represents purchasers and sellers of all types of commercial real estate.
