THOMAS W. CRADDOCK
Biography
Tom serves as head of the controversies section of the firm. His practice encompasses a wide variety of litigation issues in both state and federal courts, including commercial disputes, class actions in the antitrust and employment fields, contract, tort, products liability, fraud, securities claims, creditor and debtor controversies, financial institutions and lender liability claims, and labor-related litigation. He also has tried many matters before Arbitration panels nationwide. For years, Tom has served as outside counsel for a number of companies providing advice and analysis on all types of business and personnel issues. He has also advised numerous companies on the creation of employee handbooks and document retention and destruction programs.
