Litigation and Controversies

We represent defendants and plaintiffs in state and federal court litigation, administrative proceedings, securities and other arbitrations, and related mediations. Our litigation practice relates primarily to commercial disputes involving business entities and their officers, directors, and employees. We primarily represent businesses in these matters.

Our litigation matters have involved, among other things, contract and tort actions, creditor and debtor controversies, construction defect suits, lien and bond claims, lender liability claims, broker-dealer disputes, securities actions, landlord-tenant controversies, antitrust defense, telecom claims, and intellectual property disputes.
