We have experience in both mediation and arbitration. In the mediation context, our extensive experience includes acting as the neutral mediator and as the attorney advocate. Our arbitration experience has included arbitrations in securities matters, construction matters and commercial disputes among others. In these matters, we have acted as the neutral arbiters and as attorney advocates.
